Cross-post one video to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts with one Claude prompt.
One video. One prompt. Three platforms. You hand Claude a finished short through Loopi — Loopi transcribes the audio, your agent reshapes the message for each platform, and three draft posts land in a review screen for your approval before anything ships. You only review.
https://loopi.social/playbooks/cross-post-a-video-with-claude — paste it into Claude Code or Codex with Loopi connected, and say "Read this Loopi playbook and run it for me." The agent fetches the page, uploads your video, and sends you a review link. You get the post without doing the work. What it does for you
You have one edited clip ready to post. Right now that means writing three different captions — a TikTok hook, a Reels preview line, a Shorts title — from scratch, per platform, every time. This play eliminates that work entirely. By the end you'll have:
- Three platform-tuned captions, written for you. The agent reads your video's transcript and reshapes one message into a TikTok hook-first caption, an Instagram Reels preview-first caption, and a YouTube Shorts search-optimized title — each in the right format for that platform.
- A review screen before anything ships. Every draft lands in Loopi's pending-review queue. You read, edit if needed, set the time, and confirm. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
- All three platforms scheduled in one go. TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — confirmed and queued in the time it would have taken to write one caption.
- Zero re-login next time. Connect your platforms once. Every future video reuses those connections.
Four steps, start to finish
Three one-time setups, then one prompt every time you post. Here's the whole thing, nothing hidden.

2 · Connect your socials
One login each, stays linked
3 · Connect Loopi MCP
One line wires your agent
4 · Run one prompt
Three drafts land for review
1. Create your Loopi account
Go to loopi.social and sign up. Email and password. About 60 seconds. That's the only prerequisite.
2. Connect your social platforms
Inside the app, open the Content tab, expand Profile setup, and scroll to Connected platforms. Click Connect on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — each one bounces you through that platform's sign-in once and then stays linked. Your agent reuses these connections on every future post.
3. Connect Loopi to your agent
Loopi is an MCP server — one line wires it to Claude Code. (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, and Gemini take the same https://api.loopi.social/mcp URL in their connector settings.) Authorizing is a one-time browser login with a scoped key.
4. Run one prompt
Open Claude in the folder with your finished video. (Claude Code: cd into the folder. Claude Desktop: point the chat at the project folder.) Paste this prompt. The agent handles everything from there — upload, transcription wait, caption writing, and the review link.
The agent uploads the file, waits for Loopi to transcribe the audio, reads the transcript, drafts three platform-tuned captions, and sends you a review link. Open it, read the three drafts, edit anything that doesn't land, set the schedule, and ship.

What the agent sees
You give the agent one video file. Loopi turns it into everything the agent needs to write three captions — and the agent produces three platform-ready drafts in return.

Loopi transcribes the audio with faster-whisper and makes the full transcript available to the agent over MCP. The agent reads what you actually said — your phrasing, your key claims, your tone — and uses that to write each caption in the right format for the platform, not a generic summary.
What Loopi handles for you
The agent doesn't need you to export, convert, or log in anywhere. Every step between "video file" and "review link" is handled.
- Upload and transcription. The agent uploads your video to Loopi's media library over MCP and polls until transcription finishes — usually under two minutes. You never touch a file-upload form.
- Platform connections. Connect TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube once in Loopi. Your agent reuses those connections on every
bulkCreatePostcall — no re-login when the next video drops. - Pending review, not auto-publish. The agent calls
content.bulkCreatePost— posts land in status pending_review. Nothing ships until you open the review link, set the schedule per platform, and confirm. You keep the veto. - Per-platform publishing fields. YouTube gets a title and tags. TikTok gets privacy settings. Instagram gets Reels format. The agent fills them; you see them at review time.
- Analytics in one place after publish. Views, likes, comments, and shares for each post on every platform — side by side in Loopi's content tab once they've gone live.
What the result looks like
Here's what a real run produces. The source video is a 90-second tip about using Google Business Profile to get found in local search. The transcript has a clear hook in the first sentence. The agent surfaces it differently per platform:
- TikTok: "Most local businesses are invisible on Google Maps — and they don't know it. Here's the one thing that fixes it. #GoogleBusiness #LocalSEO #SmallBizTips #GrowthHack #LocalMarketing" — hook lands in the first two lines; hashtags close.
- Instagram Reels: "Your Google Maps listing is costing you customers — here's why.\n\nMost local businesses leave their GBP unclaimed or half-filled. The fix takes 10 minutes and the difference in calls is immediate.\n\nLink in bio for the full checklist. #GoogleBusiness #LocalMarketing #SmallBusiness #SEOTips #GoogleMaps #LocalSEO #GrowthTips #BusinessTips" — tweet-length first line, short paragraphs, 8 hashtags at the end.
- YouTube Shorts: Title: "Google Maps Hack for Local Businesses (Gets You Found Fast)" — Description: "Most local businesses are invisible on Google Maps. This Google Maps hack for local businesses fixes it in 10 minutes." — searchable phrase leads; description repeats it.
Three drafts, one review link, scheduled for 9 AM. Total agent run time from paste to review link: about three minutes — most of it waiting for transcription.
