Playbook · Cross-channel

Turn one update into an email, social posts, and a link-page feature.

One piece of news — a new service, a seasonal promo, an event. Instead of writing it four times for four channels, you write one sentence. Your AI agent turns it into a broadcast to your list, a tuned post on every social channel, and a pinned link on your bio page — all queued for your approval. You write once and okay it once.

You can paste this page's URL — https://loopi.social/playbooks/one-update-everywhere — directly into your AI agent: "Read this Loopi playbook and run it for me." With Loopi connected over MCP, the agent fetches the page, executes the play, and reports back. You don't have to read it first.

What it does for you

Announcing one thing across every channel usually means writing it four different ways and logging into four different places. This collapses that into one prompt. By the end you'll have:

  • Your announcement in four voices, written for you. A personal note for email, a hook for TikTok, a professional update for LinkedIn, a punchy line for Instagram — same news, tuned to what each audience expects.
  • An email to your list, ready to send. Scheduled for the next morning so it lands in a real reading slot, with the unsubscribe and sender details handled automatically.
  • A post queued on every connected platform. Each timed to that platform's peak window — and held for your review, so nothing goes public until you say so.
  • A pinned link at the top of your bio page. Live immediately, so anyone who taps your link-in-bio sees the new thing first.
  • One-line cleanup. When the promo ends, tell the agent to pull the link and stop the campaign. No loose ends.
Is it worth the effort? Writing four versions and posting them to four places by hand is the better part of an hour, every single announcement. Here it's one sentence and one approval. The one-time setup is the usual two connections; after that, every future announcement is just the prompt.

Three steps, start to finish

This play fans out to the channels you've already connected — your mail list, your socials, and your bio page. If you haven't set those up yet, the cross-links at the bottom cover each one. Once they're live, the play is always the same three steps.

1 · Connect your channels

Socials + a mail list + a bio page

→

2 · Connect Loopi MCP

One line wires it to your agent

→

3 · Paste your announcement

Agent drafts, schedules, queues, pins

Two one-time connections, then one sentence whenever you have news.

1. Connect your channels

The prerequisite is a Loopi account (60 seconds) with the channels you want to reach connected — your socials under Content → Profile setup → Connected platforms, a mail list, and a claimed bio page. The play reaches whichever channels are live; you don't need all of them to start.

2. Connect Loopi to your agent

Loopi is an MCP server — one line wires it to Claude Code. (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, and Gemini take the same https://api.loopi.social/mcp URL in their connector settings.) Authorizing is a one-time browser login.

connect Loopi MCP
# Claude Code — add Loopi in one line
claude mcp add --transport http loopi https://api.loopi.social/mcp

# then tell your agent:
> connect to loopi mcp # opens a browser to authorize, once

3. Paste your announcement

Replace the announcement with your own and paste this in. The agent drafts the broadcast, tunes a caption per platform, schedules everything, and pins the bio link. The social posts land as pending review — nothing goes live until you approve.

prompt to your agent
I have one announcement to push across all my channels:

  "We now offer Saturday appointments."

Do the following using my connected Loopi profile:

1. MAIL BROADCAST — draft a personal-note-style broadcast to my main list
(check my lists with mail.listLists and pick the largest active one).
Use mail.createContent for the draft, then mail.createBroadcast to
schedule it for tomorrow at 9 am in my profile's timezone.

2. SOCIAL POSTS — call content.getSettings to see which platforms I have
connected and what my default timezone is. Then call
content.bulkCreatePost to create one platform-tuned post per connected
   platform, queued for review:
   - TikTok / Reels / Shorts: hook-first caption, one sentence, imperative
opener (e.g. "Book your Saturday slot —").
   - LinkedIn: professional tone, one short paragraph with a soft call to
     action.
   - Instagram: punchy, casual, one or two lines with a clear CTA.
Schedule each post for the best engagement window for that platform
(use your knowledge of typical peak times). Set status to
"pending_review" so I can approve before anything goes live.

3. BIO LINK — call links.createLink to add a new link at the top of my
bio page titled "Saturday appointments — book now" pointing at my
booking page (ask me for the URL if you don't have it). Then call
links.reorderLinks to pin it first in the list.

Report back with: broadcast scheduled time, number of posts queued per
platform, and the new link title + position.

What Loopi handles for you

  • Per-platform caption tuning. The agent reads your connected platforms via content.getSettings and writes a caption appropriate to each — hook-first for short video, professional paragraph for LinkedIn, punchy two-liner for Instagram.
  • Scheduling at the right time. Each post is queued for the platform's typical peak engagement window. The broadcast is scheduled for the next morning so it arrives in a real reading slot, not mid-afternoon.
  • Broadcast compliance plumbing. Loopi auto-injects the unsubscribe link, List-Unsubscribe headers, and the sender identity from your profile. You write the announcement; Loopi makes it legally sendable.
  • Bio link pinning and cleanup. The new link is added and reordered to position one via links.reorderLinks. When the promo ends, ask the agent to remove it — one line.
The leverage is the rewrite. A Saturday-appointments announcement reads like a personal note in email, a hook in a TikTok caption, a professional update on LinkedIn, and a single tap on your bio page. The information is the same. The voice is different on each channel because each channel's audience expects something different. Writing four versions by hand takes an hour. The agent does it in the same prompt.

Go deeper

The bio link is only as useful as the page behind it. Claim your link-in-bio page covers how to set up the full page — ordering your links, naming your profile, and connecting it to your brand — before you start pinning promos to it.

The broadcast in this play is a personal note to your list. If you want that note to arrive in Gmail's main inbox instead of Promotions — especially important for cold or lapsed subscribers — land the broadcast in Primary walks the exact phrasing and body rules that make the difference.

One prompt. Four channels. Done.

Connect Loopi via MCP and let your agent fan out every announcement — mail, social, and link page — from a single instruction. The home page walks the setup.
